La Calderona is a redesign of a poster of the theater play "La Calderona", represented on
Teatro Alfil in Madrid. The original text is made by Rafael Boeta and interpreted by Maria
Natalia Calderón and Pablo Paz.
I was inspired by The Spanish Barroque art, with a hard light over a
dark backgrownd. The skin has a warm color, imiting the oil technique.
We work modern textures and antique schemes looking for an out of time atomsphere.
We choose two different outfits to represent two life moments of María Calderón;
a white one, that represents her life as an actress and her first wedding, and the second
one, a dark blue dress, more similar to the barroque monarch outfit, represented her
out-marriage relationship with the king of Spain.
Red is a fictional brand design created to be the representation of an art gallery
in Paris. We were looking for an elegant, minimalist and modern style. We choose red black and white
to be the color palete to

Gea Crossfit is a brand design for a gym. Gea is the name of the nature godness and represents the strnght of this.
They needed an image relationed with the earth and we choose a tree icon to represent it.
45% Jazz

"45% Jazz" is the first music album of the jazz band Smoked Bourbon. They started a crowdfunding that needed a strong visual content.
I design the CD cover, the posters and the merchandising. Everything use black and white and an old texture,
imitating traditional engravings. every musician of the band is represented by an animal.

This is a fictional design of a beer bottles based in world cities. I use a vectorial design with colorful elements to represent every city.
For this creation the choosen cities were: Bergen, Edingburgh and San Francisco.

This is a redesign for the cover of "The Call of Cthulhu" (H.P. Lovecraft). I was looking for an
ancient style
that consider this book as a cult novel. Because of that, I use digital collage from a photo of
Laoconte Statue taken
by me and an octopus pic. I added a texture for the backgrownd to drive up the ancient style.
Vicálvaro 2019

For the Vicálvaro's neighborhood parties I created some posters. For them, I use a simple typography model
easy to play with. I this way, I have a versatile element to work with. Latley, Vicálvaro district added
the logos of the collaborating estates.
The Cultural and Youth department of Vicálvaro asked for a second poster with the complete timetable of the event.
For this charge, I use the same typography and the yellow backgrownd choosen for the main one.
I studied Graphic Design on ESDMadrid since 2017, where I learned many skills; from handmade
serigraphy to web design competences, branding or motion graphics.
